When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password.

Invitation creators provide event details, media, contact information, and custom-design briefs. Guests may provide their name, attendance choice, guest count, and an optional message when they RSVP.

When you contact us, we retain your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond.

We record page views, invitation visits, referring pages, browser information, and diagnostic errors to operate and improve the service. Invitation visitor IP addresses are transformed into a daily salted hash; we do not store the raw address in the visit record.

We use local browser storage to keep your session, language preference, and an anonymous analytics session identifier.

We use data to authenticate accounts, publish invitations, process RSVPs, provide creator dashboards, answer requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate product usage.

We do not sell personal information or use invitation guest details for advertising.

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host, secure, and operate InviteMe, or when disclosure is legally required. Invitation content is visible to anyone who has its public link while the invitation is active.

We retain account and invitation records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Operational logs and errors may be retained for security and reliability.

You can update or remove invitation content from your dashboard. You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account.

Guests seeking changes to an RSVP should contact the invitation creator or contact InviteMe with the invitation URL.
