Terms of service

InviteMe lets users customize, publish, and manage digital invitations, collect RSVPs, and request custom designs. Features may evolve as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of event text, images, and other content you submit. You give InviteMe permission to host, process, resize, and display that content only as needed to provide the service.

You must have the right to use submitted content and must not publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. You are responsible for informing guests how you use RSVP information.

Basic templates are listed at 39 TND and Premium templates at 89 TND (a seasonal offer, usually 120 TND) unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase. Applicable duration and deliverables are shown during checkout or confirmed for custom work.

Payments are final once digital work or publication has begun, except where a refund is required by law or InviteMe cannot deliver the purchased service.

Public invitation links remain available for the purchased publication period unless unpublished by the creator, suspended for misuse, or interrupted by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for reviewing invitation details before sharing the link. InviteMe is not responsible for event changes, guest attendance, or third-party map and inspiration links.

We may restrict or remove content and accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, misuse the platform, or infringe another person's rights. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

InviteMe is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date.
